Karen Cariss
CEO
Karen Cariss is one of the founders of PageUp People. Today, Karen is a key driving force behind the success of PageUp People, setting the strategic direction of the company as well as overseeing internal activities to ensure synergy of all divisions. Karen's extreme passion for the company is evident in her work and attitude, which has been publicly acknowledged by being listed as 28th on BRW's Top 50 Female Entrepreneurs in June 2006 and winning the Ernst and Young 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year' for 2008 and the Victorian Telstra Womens Business Award in 2009. Karen has also used her knowledge of business practices to assist the judging of the 2006 Telstra Business Awards and 2005 AIMIA iAwards. Karen is formally qualified with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Honours in Science and is currently a member of Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). |

Simon Cariss
Senior Vice President - Innovation
Simon Cariss is one of the founders of PageUp People. Today, Simon is a key driving force of PageUp People, setting the strategic direction of product development of the PageUp People suite of web-based talent management solutions. Simon's passion for the company and innovative new technology has been publicly acknowledged with PageUp People receiving the B3000 Innovation Award in 2006 and frequently delivering first to market innovative solutions. Simon is formally qualified with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Swinburne University as well as a Certificate, Venture Capital Executive Program, 2000 from University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business. |

Mark Rice
CFO/COO
Mark Rice, a seasoned professional with nearly 25 years of global finance, accounting, and operational experience in privately and publicly held organizations, joined PageUp People as CFO/COO in November 2011. Over a nine year career with Dell, Mark gained valuable international experience as CFO for Dell markets in U.K., EMEA, Australia, and China. In these positions, Mark pioneered costing and pricing strategies, developed financial/operational reporting systems, unified regionally dispersed finance teams, and drove significant increases in both revenue and profitability.

Deborah Mason
Senior Vice President - Global Talent
Deborah is responsible for all aspects of our global people strategy including acquiring, growing, developing and retaining our awesome PageUp People team. With over eight years PageUp People specific experience, Deborah has developed a sound knowledge of the PageUp People suite of integrated talent management solutions as well has having established strong relationships within our client base.Her experience outside of PageUp People spans over 15 years across a diverse cross-section of industries including Accounting and Finance, Architectural/Construction, Telecommunications, Information Technology and Human Resources. Key areas of expertise include strategic relationship management, financial management and consulting. Deborah is formally qualified with a Bachelor of Business, and is currently a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). |

Pamela Bartz
Senior Vice President - Global Marketing
Pamela is responsible for the company's global marketing and communications activities, including image and market development, communications, industry analyst and media relations, brand management, advertising and research. With an extensive background in SaaS business solutions technology, human resources, and consulting services, Pamela is instrumental in guiding the integrity and delivery of the PageUp People message around the globe. Before her appointment to PageUp People, Pamela served as Vice President of Marketing at FleetCor Technologies, a global leader in commercial purchasing cards. She has more than 18 years of industry expertise in marketing and human resources technology and has previously held marketing leadership roles for B2B technology providers CheckFree, ADP and leading assessments provider, PreVisor, where she directed a company-wide rebranding effort through four acquisitions. Pamela holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of West Florida. |

Dominic Toledo
Senior Vice President - Global Sales
Dominic Toledo, a seasoned technology sales and international management professional, joined the company in May, 2011. Dominic leverages his more than 15 years of sales and management experience to oversee the PageUp People global sales strategy development and implementation. Dominic has significant experience in the HR industry, having held senior positions at IBM, Drake International and other international businesses in Australia, the U.S. and Asia Pacific. As Executive Manager at Drake International, Toledo interfaced with the company's general managers and Board of Directors worldwide to analyze, develop and implement business and operational efficiencies that targeted revenue growth and improved service delivery. He also gained international experience early in his career at IBM, where he was responsible for the development of sales and marketing strategy and IT product offerings for the Asia Pacific region. Fluent in English, German and Spanish, Toledo holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. Earlier in his career, he was a recipient of IBM's Global "Speed, Simplicity & Customer Satisfaction" Award in addition to being a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt. |

Sylvia Vorhauser-Smith
Senior Vice President - Research
Sylvia is responsible for driving thought leadership in the field of human capital management for global organizations facing cross border expansion and growth. Sylvia has more than 25 years of experience in corporate and entrepreneurial business environments, including positions as Head of Selection and Development at Westpac Banking Corporation, Human Resources Manager for Citibank Limited, and General Manager of Integrated Talent Management for PageUp People. Prior to joining PageUp People, Vorhauser-Smith was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of consulting firm Talent Edge, specializing in bespoke leadership development and talent management solutions. She is a regular national and international speaker on neuroscience, talent and human capital management, having addressed audiences in Boston, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and across Australia. Vorhauser-Smith holds a Bachelor of Business and Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Monash University, and she is currently completing her Master of Science in NeuroLeadership at Middlesex University. |

Jason Noorman
Senior Vice President - Global Technology
Jason joined PageUp People in February 2011 as the General Manager for Information Technology. As the General Manager - IT, Jason is responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, technical operations and support for our online Integrated Talent Management Suite. Jason is a dynamic IT/business practitioner with over two decades of experience in product development and business operations. With extensive experience in online systems development coupled with his business and product strategy experience, Jason was an invited member to Microsoft's World Wide ISV Partner Advisory Council. Jason has held senior technology and business positions in banking and financial services in Australia and China, and was previously the Chief Technology Officer for MYOB. Jason has a keen interest in online and mobile technologies and has developed and released iOS and Android apps on the App Store and Android market place.Jason holds an MBA in marketing and finance and has qualifications in engineering and computing. |

Bryce Dunn
Senior Vice President - Global Product Management
Bryce leads the team responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap and product vision for PageUp People. Prior to joining PageUp People, Bryce spent the last 8 years in a variety of Product Management leadership positions, including his last position as Director of Strategy and Product Line Management at Compuware Corporate, based in Detroit, Michigan where he was focused on the long term strategy and portfolio management of Compuware's Application Performance Management product line, a $250m+ business. This included inorganic growth strategy (including strategic acquisitions), partnerships and product life cycle management, as well as regular customer and market interaction to create and validate the strategy. Bryce has a keen interest in providing the most innovative solutions to customer problems and has three patents pending.He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of New South Wales and is a co-author of the 'Global Best Practices in IT Service Management', a publication by the ITSMF. |
