The heartbeat of our company, the development team, is our 'dream factory', where the visions for our products are turned into reality! Well, OK, it's not quite like being in 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory', but it can be just as much fun if you know your ASP.NET from your CSS!

We've set up a system of 'fish' teams, aptly named after different types of fish, like Piranha and Sailfin which means we can run small teams that are all swimming in the same direction. If you aren't sure what 'Agile Methodology' is - you'll find out pretty quickly, as we use it for most of our projects and we find it's a fun and effective way to get things done!

But the really cool part about working in the development team at PageUp People, is that you'll be working on a product that's used by hundreds and thousands of people all over the world. No two days will ever be the same and you will have a chance to influence the product and the process. Anyone with a good idea is listened to, no matter how much experience they have, and you'll genuinely feel like you're making a difference.
