Karen Cariss is one of the founders of PageUp People. Today, Karen is a key driving force behind the success of PageUp People, setting the strategic direction of the company as well as overseeing internal activities to ensure synergy of all divisions.
Karen's extreme passion for the company is evident in her work and attitude, which has been publicly acknowledged by being listed as 28th on BRW's Top 50 Female Entrepreneurs in June 2006 and winning the Southern Region Ernst and Young 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year'. Karen has also used her knowledge of business practices to assist the judging of the 2006 Telstra Business Awards and 2005 AIMIA iAwards.
Karen is formally qualified with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Honours in Science and is currently a member of Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
Simon Cariss
Co-Founder and Director of Zing
Simon Cariss is one of the founders of PageUp People. Today, Simon is a key driving force of PageUp People, setting the strategic direction of product development of the PageUp People suite of web-based talent management solutions.
Simon's passion for the company and innovative new technology has been publicly acknowledged with PageUp People receiving the B3000 Innovation Award in 2006 and frequently delivering first to market innovative solutions.
Simon is formally qualified with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Swinburne University as well as a Certificate, Venture Capital Executive Program, 2000 from University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business.
Sylvia Vorhauser
General Manager - Client Portfolio Management
Sylvia Vorhauser operates as the General Manager - Client Portfolio Management of PageUp People, the experienced leaders in talent management solutions. As the General Manager - Client Portfolio Management, Sylvia is responsible for overseeing the strategic relationship and management of all existing clients, globally.
With over 18 years experience in Finance and Human Resources, Sylvia has held senior corporate roles at both Citibank and Westpac. Sylvia was also previously the Director of talent management consultancy, Talent Edge.
Sylvia's HR skills have been leveraged on projects ranging from business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, strategic integration and the design and implementation of psychometric and behaviorally based assessment methods.
Sylvia has supplemented her Bachelor of Business qualifications with accreditation in project management, assessment centre design and assessment training & facilitation.
Deborah Mason
General Manager - Client Services
Deborah Mason operates as the General Manager, Client Services of PageUp People the experienced leaders in talent management solutions and is responsible for overseeing our global project and services delivery.
With over five years PageUp People specific experience, Deborah has developed a sound knowledge of the PageUp People suite of integrated talent management solutions as well has having established strong relationships within our client base.
Her experience outside of PageUp People spans a period of over 15 years; five of these were spent specialising in key account management within the telecommunications industry.
Deborah is formally qualified with a Bachelor of Business (Business Administration) (Human Resources) and is currently a member of Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
Heidi Kreuchen
General Manager - Business Development
Heidi operates as the General Manager, Business Development of PageUp People, the experienced leaders in talent management solutions.
As the National General Manager, Business Development, Heidi is responsible for overseeing all of PageUp People's Sales and Marketing operations globally.
Heidi's experience in HR and recruitment roles spans over 20 years. Heidi has held a number of senior roles for leading companies such as Zurich Financial Services, National Mutual, Federal Express as well as the Managing Director of KHK Consulting Group.
Heidi is formally qualified with a Masters in Management (MGSM).
